The Covert Cargo Chino is our go anywhere pant. Blending comfort, style and functionality, they pair equally well with a t-shirt or sport coat. Thanks to 10 strategically placed pockets, they have the carrying capacity of traditional cargo pants minus the bulk. The pockets are designed to maintain a streamlined appearance while keeping your essentials secure and within reach. Featuring our revolutionary TEC|Flex™ fabric with 4 way stretch, plus our ultra-stretchy Fiesta waistband, they're so comfortable you'll never want to take them off. Please note, these run a little large in the waist so if you are between sizes, you might want to order a size down.

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

Combined with a Scott-e vest this makes traveling so much easier. When I arrive at my destination, my luggage including backpack, stays in my room. Whichever vest I'm traveling with, I have a few different styles, and these pants I am free to wander anywhere in the world. The wonderful thing about these products is that I can start off in the morning carrying my necessities, purchase gobs of stuff wherever I am, and never have to carry a bag, unless the items I buy are just too big to put in a pocket.

These are my go to pants for travel for comfort and versatility. They’re also great at work as a choice in between jeans and dress pants. I especially like the small interior pocket in the right side which is perfect for my AirPods case which keeps it separate from keys. The zipped back pockets keep the pickpockets away too. Much recommended.

We visited Israel in 2023. It was hot. I wore my usual trousers and wished for something better.
Before we visited Italy in 2024, I bought two pairs of these trousers. They were cool, comfortable, and had an excellent selection of pockets. They are the best travel trousers I’ve owned or could imagine.
No need for a money belt or a backpack. Instead, I had a secure (but accessible) pocket for everything.
When we returned from Italy, I immediately ordered a third pair to round out my travel wardrobe for 2025 and beyond. Now I have a pair to wear on the plane and two pairs to pack. I expect to spend two weeks in Spain next year with three pairs of pants in rotation.
