We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

I ordered the 101 vest for its many pockets, thinking it will be great when traveling to not need to carry a purse for my cell phone, wallet, passport, keys, etc. while traveling. For that purpose it is perfect, but due to the fit is not particularly fashionable ON ME. This vest is very well-made, has heavy duty zippers and sturdy material. I didn't realize how much thicker and heavier it would be due to the many layers of fabric and numerous zippers. The front is almost completely 4-5 layers thick of fabric. I can get really uncomfortable in very warm weather, so I probably won't be using this vest much in the warmer months of the year, but it will work well over long sleeve tops and sweaters for 3-seasons. It fits pretty well, given that I have a difficult figure to fit (very busty, and thick-ish waist). I ordered a size M1, and it fits through the waist and hips, I appreciate the side slits for a bit of relief when sitting. The M1 is still a bit snug (unzippable) on the bust, even though I ordered the size corresponding with my bust measurement (46"). I think that the "Marilyn" sizes are a great idea, but they seem to just be made for a larger person of the male gender, rather than a curvy female. I almost never zip a vest to the top anyway, so it's "okay", but the vest is not "fitted" or shaped in any way in the bust area. It's just like flat fabric with no shaping. I was surprised that it was that snug up top, and the armholes were a bit MORE than generous, but if…

I bought the women’s 101 vest in Navy specifically to wear through airport screening this January. I received the vest in a timely manner from Fed Ex, and in perfect condition.
I am 72 years old, 5’4” and 125 lbs. I do not like tight fitting clothes and when I saw that the 101 vest size runs small I was confused as to what size would suit me best. That, and considering the material is a cotton blend, and that the vest pockets will be filled with personal items. Knowing that I won’t wear anything binding I decided to risk ordering an XL. That would be approximately 1.5-2x my normal size.
Today I ran the new vest through two warm cycles of the washer and dryer. The material withstood laundering very well, came out soft and wrinkle free, and I estimate the vest shrank at least one size. The fit is now less boxy, the shoulders and armholes fit better, and even the waist has a slight flare. The inky navy color did fade to more of a dark denim color which goes well with the accents of the visible metal zippers. The 101 vest has a neat casual look.
The vest fits my iPhone SE3 with otter box case and my ipad mini and other miscellaneous with no problems.
I suspect the vests are cut to a unisex pattern and I do think the sizing instructions are confusing. I’m not sure the vests would fit a very bosomy woman. There are side slits at the bottom of the vest that give some relief for sitting. Unless the wearer is very short I would not expect the back of the vest to cover the…

This vest has been great for our month long trip to Portugal. I can carry all my essentials and not have to worry about forgetting a bag or putting something in a back pocket. Everything is easy to reach and available when I need it. I spent two days hiking in the mountains and just carried my water bottle in a pocket, so I didn’t have to carry a backpack.
