We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

This has been a great vest/jacket for travel on multiple trips from Europe to Disneyland. I have worn it to make easy travel while flying by just putting vest in the bin at security instead of having to empty pockets. It was nice to have the sleeves off while hiking around Europe but then add them if the evenings cooled off or when rains fell in Pompeii. It was nice to have the pockets to hold all I needed to carry and he it stashed to keep it safe in crowds and not worry about pickpockets. I have already had multiple people who saw it decide to order one for themself or for gifts for others.

I just received my Tripiformer jacket today, and immediately took it out of the package, and tried it on. Great fit, all the zippers work great, and the magnetic sleeves are wonderful (I'd read some reviews which complained about them-but they're great).
The only issue I have, is in where all the pockets were located. The iPad pocket and the RFID pouch should probably have been put on the left-hand side, since most of us are right handed, and reachto our left to pull out our passports (as with a suit jacket). The other problem is, weight distribution. I put a full 16.9 oz. water bottle in the water bottle pocket, and my iPad in the iPad sleeve. They're both on the same side. There's not enough you can put in the left-hand side to counter balance that weight. It seems to me that the two sides of (inside) pockets should be flipped - just my opinion.

So I debated various scotte evest options and decided to give the Tropiformer a try - swayed by the vest/jacket transforming property. The only negative is I’m a big guy and the sizing doesn’t quite allow zipping but everything else has so
Impressed me. I took my first short flight this weekend - the jacket (arm attachment was in back pouch) was lightweight which I love. The pocket system is brilliant. First time on plane and I was like -oh I need this or that - and it was there at my fingertips in a pocket in the vest rather than in bags elsewhere. Loving it - and already finding favorite pockets for my essential items. Smart design. Lightweight which suits my travel destinations, and looks nice to boot. A definite winner.
